Ben-G Consulting will place one key representative in the Client’s office.
This representative then draws on the wider Ben-G Consulting network and support team to provide the necessary support.
How Do We Do It ?
The Ben-G Representative becomes part of the Owners’ team and can provide internal Client support with a range of services, including:
• Developing the project scope definition, budgets and schedule
• Developing scope of work documents and contract packages for external consultants and contractors. (i.e. Engineering, Design, Mining, Hydro, Environmental, etc.)
• Managing external consultants and contractors
• Preparing internal reports
• Conduction independent technical and cost estimate reviews
• Project implementation planning
• Compilation of study reports for funding and/or execution purposes
• Organisation design
• Forward work planning
