The Ben - G Way

Project delivery challenges for Owners’ Teams are real - especially in mining.

Owners’ teams are often expected to deliver complex projects and studies with small, lean teams, while still covering a broad spectrum of expertise: technical, planning, environmental, approvals, stakeholder engagement, and more.

Building a full in-house project team with this depth of knowledge is costly and often impractical—yet project success depends on having exactly these capabilities at the right time.

That’s where Ben-G Systems comes in.

We work to supplement the Client’s Owners’ Team, integrating seamlessly as part of it. By bringing targeted expertise and experience when it’s needed, we help create a team that is small and lean—but highly capable.

The result?

Better decisions, reduced risk, and stronger project outcomes—without the overhead of a fully resourced permanent team.

Feasibility Studies

Phase 1

• Select equipment per mining activity based on design criteria and production requirements

• Account for operational constraints and mining team input

• Apply Ben-G operational experience focusing on safety, reliability, and productivity. Consider industry developments (e.g. noise-reduction technologies)

Phase 2

• Define electrical power, compressed air, and water reticulation needs

• Size infrastructure to support selected equipment and TMM fleet

• Develop schematic layouts demonstrating capacity and compliance

Phase 3

• Develop detailed layouts per mining area

• Allocate equipment, TMM, and supporting infrastructure

• Quantify equipment consumption rates on an area-by-area basis

Phase 4

• Consolidate equipment and TMM requirements across the LOM

• Align fleet demand with ramp-up, steady-state, and decline phases

• Ensure consistency with the LOM production schedule

Phase 5

• Develop CAPEX and OPEX estimates for equipment, TMM, infrastructure, and mining activities

• Assess new procurement versus refurbishment options

Generate annual and monthly cashflow projections

• ·Apply benchmark cost validations
